- Information on the website, including course details, is provided for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but details such as schedules and availability can change. Please contact us to confirm before booking.
- Blog articles offer general driving tips. They are not legal advice and don’t replace official guidance from Nova Scotia’s Registry of Motor Vehicles or the Driver’s Handbook.
- When you send us an enquiry, please give accurate contact details so we can reply. Don’t submit anything unlawful, abusive or spam.
Lessons and courses
Enrolling in a course, booking lessons, fees, cancellations and refunds are arranged directly with Grow Driving School and confirmed with you when you book. Those arrangements, not these website terms, govern your lessons.
The Grow Driving School Leads app
- The app is for authorised Grow Driving School staff only. Accounts are created by the school.
- Keep your sign-in details private and don’t share your account.
- Use enquiry information only to respond to and serve the people who contacted us, and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when someone no longer works with the school.
Intellectual property
The Grow Driving School name, logo, website content and app are owned by Grow Driving School. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.
Links to other sites
The website links to other services, such as Google Maps and our social media pages. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Grow Driving School is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
